Every session is one hour. I come to you — your home, your space. Pilates, strength training, or a blend of both. Single sessions or packages for clients who want to commit to the work and save along the way.
A single at-home session — one hour, programmed for your body that day. A good starting point if you want to try the practice before committing to a package.
One hour · At your home · North County San Diego
Packages are prepaid and don't expire. They're for clients who are ready to build a real practice — a consistent rhythm makes all the difference to how the body changes.
Single or package — the standard doesn't change.
No templates. Each session is built for your body on that day — what you need to work, what you need to hold back on, where the focus belongs.
I come to you. No commute, no parking, no studio rental required on your end. Your space becomes the studio.
Sessions are sixty minutes from warm-up to cool-down. I don't start the clock until we start moving.
Something came up — a tight hip, a question about the work, a bad week. You can reach me between sessions.
Not every session, not in a preachy way. But when it's relevant to what your body is doing, I'll say so.
For Pilates, I bring everything — resistance bands, a Pilates ball, ankle weights. You just need a mat or a soft surface. If you have a reformer at home, I'm very happy to use it. For strength training, I bring light and medium dumbbells. If you want to go heavier or work with machines, you'll need those on your end — but bodyweight and moderate loads cover a lot of ground, and we can do a full session without anything.

Packages are prepaid before the first session and don't have an expiry date. You use them at whatever cadence suits you. If something comes up and you need to pause, that's fine — no penalty.
Life happens. I ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may use a session credit at my discretion, but I'm not strict about it for genuine emergencies.
Two to three times a week is where most clients feel a real difference. Once a week is a good starting point. I'll give you an honest recommendation once I know where you're starting from.
Yes — whether it's Pilates, strength training, or both. I've worked with complete beginners and clients who've trained for years. Each session is built for where you actually are, not where a general class expects you to be. You don't need to come in knowing anything.
A short conversation is enough to figure it out. No pressure, no pitch.
