01 · Private

One body.
One program.

I work with a small number of private clients each week across Pilates and strength training — or a blend of both. Each session is built for you: not adapted from a template, not modified from a class plan. I program around where you actually are, what your body is doing, and what it needs right now.

Sessions can be reformer or mat Pilates, functional strength training, Pilates-inspired strength work, or strength-inspired Pilates — whatever combination serves you best. One hour, at your home or a private studio in North County.

Questions

A few things
worth knowing.

Do I need any equipment?

For Pilates, I bring everything — resistance bands, a Pilates ball, ankle weights. You just need a mat or a soft surface. If you have a reformer at home, I'm very happy to use it. For strength training, I bring light and medium dumbbells. If you want to go heavier, you'll need those on your end — but bodyweight and moderate loads cover a full session.

How often should I be training?

Two to three times a week is where most clients feel a real difference — and it's where Pilates and strength training start to complement each other well. Once a week is a solid starting point. I'll give you an honest recommendation once I know where you're starting from.
